The Epicor ICE 2.0 architecture with underlying True Service Oriented Architecture™ and the .NET user interface offer a great deal of flexibility and ease of use. The user interface of Epicor ERP can be modified through the screen configuration at the business level (customization) and at the user level (personalization). This allows supplementary functionality (fields) to be added and/or fields to be removed.
