An ERP system is an in-depth investment. After all, migration to another ERP supplier is unattractive from the point of view of continuity and the destruction of capital. We work with people who understand their profession, are familiar with your business from a practical context and make satisfied customers their top priority.
Macroscoop invests in its customers. For example, during and after the implementation of a new ERP system, our helpdesk remains available for any questions relating to hardware, system software and the application software. The questions are registered, so that we maintain an insight into the training level of your staff. If it becomes apparent that the necessary knowledge is no longer optimal in certain positions, as a result of recruitment of new staff or internal reorganizations, notice of this is given in good time, and if necessary we organize additional training days.
