Plan/Prepare phase:
We start with the Plan/Prepare phase, where we begin to create a clear plan together.
In a session via Teams or Zoom, or if desired, an on-site appointment, we will map out your objectives and requirements & wishes together. Our consultant translates this into a Functional Design that shows in detail what your solution will look like.
After your approval, we will prepare a quote and schedule the work.
Design phase:
In the Design phase, the real work begins. Our consultant builds your custom component – carefully, according to best practices and fully within the agreed Functional Design. During the process, we maintain close contact so that your input can be incorporated immediately.
Validate phase:
Once the component is ready in the Test or Pilot environment, it's time to test. You (or your key user) will have the opportunity to thoroughly review the solution. We will guide you through this and incorporate your feedback as needed until everything works perfectly.
Deploy phase:
After your approval, we will transfer everything to the production environment. The project will be neatly completed, including documentation and instructions. Your organization can get started immediately – and we remain available for support or further optimizations.
