How do we approach such an upgrade together?

The process begins with a joint project plan to implement the latest version of Epicor software in your organization.

Prepare/Plan phase:

We start with the Prepare/Plan phase, where we focus on the preparation and planning of the upgrade.
In this phase, we prepare a quote and schedule a trial conversion together with your project team.

Design phase:

In the Design phase, the technical work begins. We create a copy of the production environment in the test environment, as the Technical Consultant performs the installation of SQL and the latest Epicor software.

Validate phase:

During the Validate phase, the focus is on testing. Your team tests the new software, including reports, dashboards, BPMs, and customizations. Any adjustments are made based on test results.

Deploy phase:

In the Deploy phase, we carry out the final upgrade of the production environment. We install the latest software and convert the database, after which you can test the daily operations and systems. You are ready to go Live!

Project Management:

Throughout the project, we provide guidance and ensure that all knowledge remains within your organization.

Through MakeIT, our implementation tool, you have access to all project information and tasks.
We primarily work remotely, with regular communication via scheduled Zoom or Teams meetings.

At important milestones, we celebrate success together. If you would like a consultant onsite for the Go-Live, this can be arranged through a request on the portal. We ensure that the project runs smoothly and that you can successfully go live with the new version!
